Great client support is key to success, and at TeqBlaze, we’re always looking for ways to improve. To provide better service and help our partners grow, we’ve restructured our Client Service Team into three dedicated departments: Strategic Onboarding, Technical Support, and Growth Management. This fundamental change ensures our clients receive expert guidance at every stage, from onboarding to technical support and long-term business growth.

What's new?

Each department within our Client Service Team focuses on a critical aspect of each client experience: 

  • The strategic onboarding manager leads the onboarding process and drives a successful project launch. This role involves guiding clients through the initial setup, explaining essential platform features, helping integrate partners, and analyzing performance. By matching our white-label platform's capabilities with clients' goals, the onboarding manager establishes a solid foundation supporting successful outcomes.

  • The technical support manager deals with daily activities and basic tech work. Their responsibilities include product guidance, troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. 

  • The growth manager helps clients scale by providing strategic advice and performance insights. They work closely with the Technical Support team to provide clients with the right tools and knowledge to expand their success. The growth manager can also bring in business analysts to manage extra developments or integrate third-party tools, further optimizing and improving our white-label solution.

As part of recent changes, we've also elevated two key leaders. Lilia Matsokha, formerly AM Team Lead/Project Manager, is now VP of Client Service. She focuses on enhancing team efficiency and maintaining our client-first approach. Lilia shares her philosophy:

Nadiia Hrabivska, formerly Deputy AM Team Lead, is now VP of Client Growth. She will strengthen our team’s technical expertise and provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize the TeqBlaze platforms.
