We build AI-driven AdTech ecosystems for smarter monetization.

After deploying TeqMate AI within the TeqBlaze white-label SSP, we saw that AdOps and RevOps teams may work with different platforms and business models, but they repeatedly face similar tasks. Whether teams manage SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, or proprietary infrastructure, they still have to analyze reports and validate configurations using similar investigation logic.

These workflows are predominantly performed manually, slowing incident response, delaying optimization, and leaving teams with less time for revenue-generating work. That is why we extended TeqMate AI beyond our white-label SSP, enabling more businesses to automate AdOps and RevOps workflows within their existing technology stacks.

TeqMate AI for AdOps and RevOps

Addressing the operational complexity behind programmatic growth

Scaling a programmatic business requires two kinds of work. The first is expanding revenue opportunities — bringing in new supply and demand partners, negotiating deals, and discovering marketplace opportunities. The second is ensuring the effectiveness of existing partnerships by monitoring performance, validating configurations, and improving delivery.

These workflows involve AdOps, RevOps, and business development teams, who often rely on the same operational data and investigate similar issues from different perspectives. Initially built to automate recurring operational workflows, TeqMate AI proved equally valuable for other operations, including revenue analysis, partner performance, and business optimization.

AdOps:

  • Configuration validation. Investigating auction performance often starts with checking configurations. AdOps experts review integrations, routing rules, partner settings, and recent changes to determine whether the issue is caused by a misconfiguration rather than market conditions or traffic quality.

  • Traffic and delivery analysis. Once configurations have been validated, AdOps teams analyze traffic, delivery, and partner activity. They use these insights to understand where action is needed.

  • Anomalies detection. AdOps specialists continuously monitor operational metrics to spot performance fluctuations. Early detection enables AdOps teams to respond faster and minimize the impact on campaigns and partners.

  • Decision-making. TeqMate AI aggregates its findings and suggests action items geared to address discovered issues. AdOps teams can choose to apply them or ask TeqMate to do it on their behalf.

RevOps:

  • Revenue performance analysis. RevOps experts monitor revenue trends and partner performance to identify changes in business results. This helps them quickly detect revenue declines and identify the partners or areas affected.

  • Revenue opportunity identification. To uncover untapped revenue opportunities, RevOps teams analyze demand, supply, pricing, and partner performance. Understanding the underlying cause helps teams optimize existing traffic, strengthen partner relationships, and improve monetization.

  • Business impact prioritization. RevOps teams assess the revenue impact of operational issues. They focus on the issues with the greatest revenue risk or growth potential to address them first.

  • Revenue-driven actions. TeqMate AI triages issues and opportunities by revenue impact, then suggests actions that RevOps teams can take to protect or grow revenue.

Business development:

  • Partner prospecting. Sales teams identify SSPs, DSPs, publishers, or advertisers that match their inventory, traffic profile, and business goals to prioritize outreach.

  • Demand gap identification. Monetization teams identify inventory with insufficient demand coverage and recommend new demand sources or deal types to improve fill rate and revenue.

  • Partner qualification. Before starting negotiations, teams evaluate whether a potential partner is likely to generate revenue based on traffic quality, demand, geographic coverage, and historical performance.

  • Outreach recommendations. TeqMate AI recommends which partners to approach, the partnership model to propose, and the commercial offer that closes the gap. Sales teams can act on it or ask TeqMate to do it on their behalf.

AI-powered AdOps & RevOps workflows

Supporting workflows across diverse infrastructures

TeqMate AI’s capabilities were originally shaped around supply-side workflows within our white-label SSP. That scope now extends to the other systems programmatic businesses actually run on: third-party SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and proprietary platforms — plus the BI tools, CRMs, and knowledge bases they use alongside them.

Connecting to these systems is only the first step. What turns the AI ecosystem integration into real value for teams is context. TeqMate AI is configured to account for how a business defines its performance benchmarks, establishes operating rules, and ranks revenue priorities. This context lets it provide relevant recommendations. Instead of forcing teams to rebuild their operations around another tool, it adapts to existing logic.

One system for technical and revenue decisions

Modern programmatic platforms can automate auctions, but not the full range of operational work required to keep them running efficiently. Operational complexity becomes a bigger challenge than the technology itself. AdOps and RevOps are often too buried in operational workflows to move as fast as the platforms allow.

TeqMate AI exists to close that gap: uniting the technical depth AdOps teams bring with the revenue judgment RevOps teams rely on, so both can act on the same data rather than investigate it separately.

That's the direction TeqMate AI has evolved to support. Whatever operational stack your teams run on, TeqMate AI gives a shared way to do their work well. Teams can investigate faster, decide with more context, and spend less time on troubleshooting so they can focus on implementing revenue-driving business optimizations.
