FAQ

How do I earn Coins?
Complete eligible activities, share your achievements in the Slack Recognition channel, and get confirmation from your manager. Once approved, your Coins will be recorded in the program.
What's the difference between Yellow and Grey Coins?
The program tracks two types of Coins: Yellow and Grey. Each has its own earning and redemption conditions. You can check your balances separately on the leaderboard.
Do my Coins expire?
No. Your unused Coins continue to accumulate until you decide to redeem them.
Where can I check my Coin balance?
Find your name on the All-Time Leaderboard to see your total Yellow Coins, Grey Coins, and combined balance. You can also explore your monthly activity.
How do I exchange my Coins for merchandise?
Go to the redemption form, select TeqBlaze Merchandise, and choose your preferred item from the dropdown list. Specify the size or variant if needed and submit your request.
Can I request a reward if I don't have enough Coins?
You need to have the required Coin balance to receive your selected reward. HR will verify your balance before approving the request.
When will my Coins be deducted?
Your Coins will be deducted once HR confirms and processes your redemption request.
What if my Coin balance is incorrect?
Contact HR to review your activity history and resolve any discrepancies.
